Welcome to our BURN Training Course. Our Burn class is a fusion of Yoga (Flow inspired), Pilates and Weights that is designed to target specific muscle “Burn” zones to shape and tone the entire body. The Burn Teacher Training program is held over two days plus home study time and class assisting hours which, total to 20 hours of training. The program is designed for those who are passionate about learning as well as those who already hold a Yoga, Pilates, or Fitness training certificate or who have comparative experience in the industry.
The training includes postures, breathing techniques, alignment, basic anatomy and helps you to teach Burn with confidence and energy. Burn is designed to be fun, motivating and energizing so the Burn training is perfect for anyone looking to learn more about their practice or add another dimension to their teaching experience.
Hours completed in this course are recognized by Yoga Alliance.
