A Closer Look at Blaze: A workshop for beginners and current students
This workshop will be designed as an introduction to the 26 postures that make up the Blaze sequence. It will be an introduction of not only the physical postures, but also a review of the instructions that are used to get in and out of the postures safely. It is an opportunity for new and experienced students to deepen their understanding and performance; Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners who are curious about hot yoga and how to advance in their practice. The event will be held in a warm room. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided after class.
*Proceeds from the workshop will be donated to the Friends of 172. Friends of 172 are a community of people seeking asylum and refugees located in Bardon. They are a non-profit community that provides: housing, food, transportation, counseling, and education to people seeking asylum and refugees.
