Elynn Angelides is a calm, steady force in the world of wellness — known for her compassionate approach to helping others reconnect with their bodies, quiet their minds, and rediscover their inner strength. With over 35 years of experience across fitness, yoga, movement therapy, and coaching, she brings a deeply human, heart-centered touch to everything she does. Originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Elynn began her professional journey in accounting and business administration. But it was her love for movement and a desire for deeper connection that led her to discover yoga — and with it, a lifelong path of healing and helping others do the same. A Level 2 Registered Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist with Yoga Australia, Elynn integrates yoga, somatic practices, and nervous system support to create safe, meaningful experiences for her students. She’s trained with the BioMedical Institute of Yoga and Meditation (150 hours) and is also a certified Gentle Somatic Yoga teacher, specialising in restorative, mindful movement that supports emotional and physical wellbeing. Elynn is also a certified ICF-accredited Health & Life Coach and Habit Change Coaching Method Specialist, blending gentle accountability with real-world strategies to help her clients create sustainable, soul-aligned changes. As the Program and Content Creator at Thrive Now Coaching Academy, Elynn designs experiences that guide people back to their centre — where clarity, confidence, and calm naturally begin to unfold. Whether you're navigating burnout, looking to build healthier habits, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again, Elynn holds space with warmth, wisdom, and gentle encouragement. Her work is rooted in the belief that transformation doesn’t have to be loud or dramatic. It can be soft, steady, and deeply personal — a quiet unfolding of who you’re meant to be. With Elynn, it’s never about quick fixes. It’s about creating a life that feels balanced, meaningful, and truly your own. Because when you slow down, listen in, and move with intention — you don’t just change... you come home.
