A Simple Practice to Try Today
Here’s a mini-practice you can use right now:

Find a quiet space and sit tall.

Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly.

Inhale deeply through the nose for a count of 4, letting both hands rise.

Hold gently for 2 counts.

Exhale slowly through the mouth for a count of 6, releasing tension.

Repeat for 2–3 minutes.
